今天去了久仰的798藝術區,行了差不多一整天,感覺滿足。
但很意外的是,我才剛剛下車,行了幾幾步便見到李宗盛

My guess,based on what I remember from being fairly involved with a Usenet serverup until a couple of years ago, is that ISPs were probably just as happyto have a good excuse to cut back on their news servers
