We rebooted this server Monday around 6:50pm, so a number of the statsare truncated this week. Having said that, this week, we:

• got 11,369 messages from 257 different IP addresses.
• handled 15,931 sessions from 851 different IP addresses.
• received 87,698 connections from at least 31,657 different IPaddresses since Monday evening.
• hit a highwater of 6 connections being checked at once sinceMonday

Coming from years of working primarily on Linux, one of the things thatkeeps getting me about working on Solaris 9 is just how sparse and barea Solaris install is. I especially feel this with system diagnostictools, where about 90% of the things I am used to considering as routineare either third-party packages or just not available.

(Solaris 10 holds out the promise to be much better, with things likeDTrace, but I'm stuck working with Solaris 9 machines at the moment.
