很多人推介《地產霸權》，據聞這本書再版又再版，在書展之中大放光芒，連報紙都要採訪。書名改得好。地產，近年成為香港公敵，首二字先聲奪人；霸權，符合群眾印象和敵意，是一本未看已經知道是正確的書。所以我猜很

以下各點沒有priority之分，甚至有互相矛盾之嫌：
1. 先睹為快，上畫即看！
