Yahoo! 要收購桌面小工具軟件 Konfabulator ，目的是可以讓用者更容易接收到 Yahoo! 的服務，而不用開啟瀏覽器。而對於開發者來說，也可以透過 Konfabulator 來開發 Yahoo! 的服務應用。
