Intel is taking a different approach with its next-generation CPU architecture, as confirmed in a latest interview.

Intel has confirmed that its next-generation CPU core associated with the Nova Lake will launch on desktop platforms before making its way to the data center. This has been confirmed by the company's VP and general manager, Robert Hallock, who revealed the strategy to Tom's Hardware while discussing AMD's decision to introduce its Zen 6 architecture in the server market first.

Thousands of people were still waiting for aid on the Indonesian island of Flores on Monday, days after a powerful earthquake killed at least 68 people, injured more than 200 others and damaged hundreds of homes and other buildings.

Toronto police are investigating after what are believed to be human remains were discovered in a Scarborough neighbourhood late Sunday afternoon.

Officers were called to the Ellesmere Road and Markham Road area at approximately 5:50 p.m. for reports of a suspicious incident. When they arrived, police located remains that investigators say may be human.

Toronto police say the investigation is in its early stages, and no further details about the discovery have been released. Detectives have not yet determined whether the incident is criminal in nature.
