剛從今期TIME Magazine讀到這篇有趣的文章，話說德國某小鎮，有熱心市民認為入夜後街燈長開其實有點兒浪費能源，於是便主動接洽政府及相關部門，想出了用這個On Demand啟動街燈的方法，即是說，當你行到那裡，街燈才開到那裡。
