Frames were never necessary for menus and tables of contents
One of the big excuses for HTML frames, back in the days when anyonetried to use them at all, was that you needed them to do websiteswith tables of contents and similar things (I was reminded ofthis when a commentator sort of mentioned it in passing on here ). This excuse was always bunk.
We can see how much bunk it is by looking at pretty much any blog, whereyou will find things that look an awful lot like a table of contents(and menus and so on,

Why things should be in Python's standard library
There's another advantage of having thingsin the standard library: if they're in the standard library, they'llget used. Bad / Annoying IP Addresses
From time to time, there is a very disobedient/annoying computer or set of computers that annoy the heck out of me onlineâusually by attempting to bring down one of my websites, or by trying to access hundreds of vulnerable locations (which makes my server return a bunch of 404s) on my server.
For information on different IPs, I use the online IP information lookup tool at robtex .
Anywho, to cut a long story short, I will list the IP addresses and reverse
