人生的際遇真的很神奇。

1990 年，我跟一位好友 L 因一點小事而互不理睬，之後各行各路，之後沒再聯絡，之後彼此都沒有了對方的音訊，之後，就過了 20 年。

Linux's little love notes about software RAID consistency errors makes a perfect example of something thatsystem administrators run into all the time: pointless error reports.

It's worth noting that a pointless error report is something differentfrom a useless error report. A useless error report tells you thatsomething has gone wrong but doesn't identify what it is, what exactlyhas gone wrong, and so on; you have to hunt that down on your own. Apointless error report shouldn't even have been generated

因為突然要辦一點事，所以周六去了香港。

要辦的事很快就辦完，為了令兩個人的船票更具價值，於是我們又照慣例進行瘋狂的採購。

我對身外物的興趣接近沒有，無論在哪個城市，較有興趣的活動始終是書和電影。

One of the things that's been driven into me in the process of writing WanderingThoughts is that the amount of horizontal and vertical spacethat your content sits in does affect its readability (even when itis not absurdly small or absurdly large), and in turn this affectshow you write your content. Some things only look right when insidenarrow margins and look horrible when expanded outside of that, and viceversa. The same is true in many ways for vertical space and how much isvisible at once.
