Ubisoft Adds Free PC License to Xbox Digital Game Purchases

There has been a lot of talk recently about both the merit of platform exclusivegames and digital games, and Microsoft's latest partnershipwith Ubisoft seems to be a move to support both its Xbox platform on PC and console as well as its digital game sales. The new Xbox × Ubisoft initiative will grant buyers of certain Ubisoft games on the Xbox Store a free PC license that can be redeemed via Ubisoft Connect.

Ubisoft and Microsoft will include any games purchased from July 21 in this agreement, but those PC licenses

Marathon Player Counts Decline Again After PvE Update Causes Spike

After the launch of Marathon's new Vault Breakers PvE mode, which Bungie was seemingly implementing as a way to improve player retention, the game saw a sizeable improvement in concurrent player counts, peaking at 14,771 concurrent players on Steam ( via SteamDB). NVIDIA and OpenAI Reportedly Discuss $250 Billion Deal for 10-Gigawatt Ohio Data Center

NVIDIA is in talks to provide roughly $250 billion in financing guarantees for OpenAI's planned data center campus in southern Ohio, according to the Wall Street Journal, cited by Reuters.
