Nikkei High Yield REIT Index constituents to be reshuffled

TOKYO -- Nikkei will add four real estate investment trusts, including Hoshino Resorts REIT, to the Nikkei High Yield REIT Index on May 29, while four others will be removed, the company said Tuesday.

The additions include Nippon Hotel & Residential Investment, Mitsubishi Estate Logistics REIT Investment and Kasumigaseki Hotel REIT Investment. The reshuffle will also drop SOSiLA Logistics REIT, Activia Properties, Nomura Real Estate Master Fund and Fukuoka REIT.

Nikkei Asia300 index to add Aluminum Corp. of China

TOKYO -- Nikkei will add 24 stocks, including Aluminum Corp. of China, to the Nikkei Asia300 Investable Index in its regular review of the index that tracks 300 listed companies across Asia, the company said Tuesday. At the same time, 23 stocks, including India's Adani Energy Solutions, will be removed. The changes will take effect from June 1.
