At the RazerCon 2020 event, the company announced its refreshed Blade Stealth laptop.

Is AMD planning to expand its operations to the FGPA market? According to the Wall Street Journal AMD is interested in buying Xilinx, Intel’s largest competitor in FGPA market. AMD and Xiling are in advanced talks, according to the report.

The announcement comes with a twist. AMD decided to skip the 4000 series for its mainstream processors and introduce Zen3 cores under 5000 series instead. This should help to unify Ryzen and Zen nomenclatures for future series. Next year, AMD is expected to launch its Cezanne mobile processors, which should also feature Zen3 architecture.

ASUS has today unveils its ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero, a premium motherboard based on the X570 chipset for Zen3 processors.
