Chinese startup Zhonghao Xinying is offering a home-grown General Purpose Tensor Processing Unit (GPTPU) as an alternative to international AI training and inferencing hardware, like Nvidia's graphics cards, and Google 's TPUs, as reported by the South China Morning Post .
