ASUS launches DUAL EVO of GeForce RTX 5070 series

ASUS continues to launch new models based on the RTX 50 series, and the company has just added 2 more cards to the lineup of 103, according to our database. For the RTX 5070 specifically, these are 13th and 14th models already.
ASUS appears to have added a smaller Dual variant of the GeForce RTX 5070 to its lineup, labeled as the “Dual EVO” series. The new EVO cards sit alongside the existing Dual GeForce RTX 5070 models and target small form factor builds with a shorter, slimmer spec on paper.

Based on the the data from ASUS, the EVO OC model is listed at 229 x 120 x 50 mm and a 2.5-slot design. The existing non-EVO Dual GeForce RTX 5070 OC listing shown alongside it is 249 x 126 x 50.6 mm with a 2.53-slot spec, making the EVO card 20 mm shorter, 6 mm narrower, and 0.6 mm thinner. We can also see that the fans have changed, so the smaller card may not have the same thermal capacity, and therefore perform worse in thermal tests.

The EVO series is described as a dual-fan design using ASUS Axial-tech fans, 0dB fan-stop behavior for light loads, and dual ball bearings. Unlike the original, the EVO series are full black design, all except for teh I/O bracket.

ASUS has not listed any price information, also these cards do not appear to be in stock at any retailer yet. Historically, EVO series are not offered as higher-end models; rather, they are an alternative at a similar price.
