MSI teases Frieren collaboration for a limited-edition graphics card in China

MSI “Frieren Edition” GPU incoming

MSI has posted a short teaser across multiple mainland China social channels that hints at a “limited collaboration” product tied to its graphics card business.

Chinese reporting says the teaser image includes a small copyright line that references the anime Frieren: Beyond Journey’s End. That is currently the only concrete identifier for the partner IP, since the teaser itself does not name a product model.

So far, MSI has not confirmed which GPU family this collaboration will use, how many units will be produced, or where it will be sold. There is also no pricing, release date, or retail channel information in the teaser coverage available at publication time. However, we can assume this is GeForce RTX 50 GPU because MSI produced neither Radeon nor Intel GPUs at this point.

Because the post was shared by MSI’s official graphics card account on Bilibili, the most likely outcome is a themed, limited-run graphics card, or a bundle tied to a specific card series. MSI has not confirmed when this card will be released.
