NVIDIA has posted a pricing update for its DGX Spark (Founders Edition). The company says it adjusted the MSRP because of worldwide constraints in memory supply, and that the system configuration is unchanged.

According to NVIDIA, the DGX Spark (Founders Edition) MSRP moved from $3,999 to $4,699, and the updated pricing went live this week. NVIDIA also says the updated MSRP applies across regions, while existing orders keep the price that was shown at checkout.

We have adjusted the MSRP of DGX Spark (Founders Edition) due to worldwide constraints in memory supply. DGX Spark continues to offer industry-leading AI performance in an ultra compact desktop form factor.

NVIDIA notes the change is specific to DGX Spark sold via NVIDIA.com, and that other channels may take longer to reflect the new MSRP. The company also says pricing questions for OEM systems built around GB10 should be directed to the OEM, implying those price lists are handled separately.

This appears, at least officially, to be a Founders Edition update for the unit NVIDIA sells directly. OEM and partner systems based on GB10 have not been covered by this announcement, but pricing tends to track component costs over time when the same supply constraints apply.

What does this mean for N1/N1X consumer chips?

DGX Spark uses NVIDIA’s GB10, and NVIDIA has previously confirmed GB10 is tied to its N1 silicon branding . We have also seen reports pointing to N1 and N1X laptop parts arriving in 2026. Any connection between the DGX Spark price change and upcoming N1 or N1X laptop pricing remains unconfirmed, but memory capacity targets could be a key variable, since DGX Spark is positioned around a large unified memory pool, while most consumer laptops commonly ship with 16GB to 32GB configurations.
