We are not only seeing RDNA 4 GPUs gradually dropping in prices in some regions, but retailers are now also providing hefty discounts on some models.

Not long ago, we saw the AMD RDNA 4 GPUs starting to drop in prices in some regions. After a continuous price increase over several weeks, the Japanese market saw some relief as the demand dropped for overpriced GPUs. The RX 9000 prices were climbing quickly in the last few months due to the VRAM shortage, but AMD and its board partners started to lower the prices in the last few weeks.

While still not at the MSRP, many retailers can be seen selling RX 9000 GPUs at 15-20% lower prices than before. This included the popular GPUs such as the Radeon RX 9060 XT 16 GB and the flagship Radeon RX 9070 XT. Some retailers are now providing hefty discounts in Spring Sale Deals, and users can now buy these GPUs at around launch prices.

Popular Japanese retailer Ark PC has listed two GPU models at their lowest prices of the year. The first one is the Sapphire PURE Radeon RX 9060 XT Gaming OC 16 GB, which has been dropped to just 59,800 Yen or US$379. Compared to last year's November prices, the price is hardly 7-10% higher. At this price, the PURE Radeon RX 9060 XT is around 16% cheaper than the current average price of RX 9060 XT 16 GB in the country.

Similarly, Ark PC also listed the Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 9070 XT Gaming 16 GB at a much lower price than you would usually find on the market. It's now available for just 99,800 Yen (US$632) , about 19% lower than the average GPU price . This is even lower than the average RX 9070 XT prices in November 2025. Currently, the GPU sells for $700-$800 in the US and hardly remained under $650 last year for a few weeks.
