KATHMANDU -- A party founded just three years ago and led by rapper-turned-politician and former Kathmandu mayor Balendra Shah is set to emerge as the major victor in this week's parliamentary election in Nepal, with Shah himself defeating former prime minister KP Sharma Oli in a head-to-head vote.
