Xiaomi Book 14 leak shows Panther Lake upgrade with Core Ultra X7 358H

Xiaomi is reportedly preparing a new Book 14 refresh based on Intel Panther Lake. Early reports point to a 14-inch system with up to Intel Core Ultra X7 358H , while a lower configuration is said to use Core Ultra 5 325. The leak comes from Digital Chat Station and a Chinese reviewer who reportedly received the laptop ahead of launch, which suggests Xiaomi may be close to an announcement.
The reported top chip is the Core Ultra X7 358H, which Intel lists with an integrated Arc B390 GPU. This SKU features 12 Xe3-cores and support for current display standards, so this would be a clear graphics upgrade over Xiaomi’s older 14-inch Book models if the leak is accurate. For now, Xiaomi has not confirmed the processor options publicly.
The Xiaomi Book 14 refresh is said to support up to 32GB of memory, with initial storage reportedly capped at 1TB. The chassis is also tipped to weigh under 1kg, which would put it well below the weight of Xiaomi’s last globally listed Book 14 and position this model closer to a premium thin-and-light notebook than a mainstream 14-inch design.

Upgrade from Book 14’s Alder/Raptor Lake series
As for Xiaomi’s earlier Book systems, the currently listed Xiaomi Book 14 used 12th Gen Intel processors, specifically Core i3-1220P and Core i5-12500H. Xiaomi’s wider Book family also used 12th Gen Intel Core parts in the Book Air 13, while the 2024 Redmi Book Pro refresh moved to Intel Core Ultra 5 and Core Ultra 7 chips. In other words, Xiaomi’s notebook line has already gone from Alder Lake-era CPUs to Meteor Lake, and Panther Lake would be the next step.
