Intel confirms Core Ultra 200S Plus and 200HX Plus prelaunch webinar

Intel has begun teasing its next desktop and mobile refresh under the Core Ultra 200 Plus branding. A newly published webinar page spotted by @momomo_us, presumably for partners, confirms an on-demand session titled “Introducing the Intel Core Ultra 200 Plus Series Processors, ” scheduled for March 17. The page names both the Intel Core Ultra 200S Plus and Intel Core Ultra 200HX Plus series, pointing to updates for desktop and high-end mobile platforms.

The webinar description refers to the Core Ultra 200S Plus lineup as an Arrow Lake Refresh . Intel says the new series brings technical changes aimed at improving 1080p gaming performance and multitasking. Robert Hallock, Intel’s VP of Client Computing, is listed as the speaker for the session, which will cover the technical changes behind the new processors and Intel’s channel outlook for North America.

Launching March 23, announcement in 2 days

Intel has also shared an updated press schedule for the launch window. According to a notice sent to media, launch materials are expected to go live today.  The first embargo lifts on Wednesday, March 11 for news coverage. At that stage, media can show photos and videos of samples, but not running systems, benchmarks, performance data, or specifications. Full reviews are scheduled for Monday, March 23.
