Lisuan Tech teases Extreme 7G100 family release on March 12, China’s DX12-capable gaming GPUs

Lisuan teases March 12 update for its 7G100 graphics family

Lisuan Tech is pointing to March 12 as the next date to watch for its 7G100 graphics family. In its AWE 2026 teaser, the company says it will show both professional and consumer Lisuan eXtreme graphics cards and will publish related product sales information at the event. That is the clearest official sign so far that the long-teased eXtreme lineup is getting a new commercial update.

In August 2025, Lisuan introduced the 7G100 series as its first GPU chips and the Lisuan eXtreme series as its first graphics cards. The same announcement said product sampling was planned for August 2025 and mass production was set to start in September 2025. That didn’t go as planned though.

Lisuan’s current product page still lists two cards under the Lisuan eXtreme LX family. The professional 7G105 carries 24GB GDDR6 with ECC and up to 24 TFLOPS FP32 throughput. The consumer 7G106 carries 12GB GDDR6 and support for DirectX 12, Vulkan 1.3, OpenGL 4.6, and OpenCL 3.0, which puts DirectX 12 support on the official spec sheet for the company’s gaming card.

Lisuan had completed its first batch of customer deliveries, with shipments going to companies in the digital twin segment. Reportedly, Lisuan GPUs entered mass production on September 15, 2025, on TSMC’s 6nm process. However there’s still no word or sign of these cards actually being in hands of reivewers, media or even ethusiasts with ways of obtaining such hardware.
