KATHMANDU -- The Rastriya Swatantra Party, founded three years ago by a former television host, has secured the pole position in Nepal's parliamentary elections held last week, putting its 35-year-old leader, the rapper-turned-mayor Balendra Shah on track to become the country's youngest prime minister.
