Today alongside Apple CEO Tim Cook’s new letter , the company has a proper celebration of its 50th anniversary will happen “in the coming weeks.”

Apple has previously hinted that for its 50th anniversary on April 1, the company will have a true celebration.

For a company that often prefers to focus on the future rather than spend too much time in the past, this marks a notable shift.

We still don’t know exactly what that celebration will entail.

However, today alongside Tim Cook’s new ‘50 Years of Thinking Different’ letter , Apple officially announced that an official celebration is coming.

It published a press release titled: ‘ Apple to celebrate 50 years of thinking different .’

In the coming weeks, Apple and its global community will celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary, recognizing the creativity, innovation, and impact that people around the world have made possible with Apple technology.

CEO Tim Cook’s letter today is therefore only the start of whatever celebrations are planned for “Apple and its global community.”
