Thermal Grizzly opens pre-orders for WireView Pro II White Edition

Thermal Grizzly WireView Pro II White Edition listed for $146

Thermal Grizzly has opened pre-orders for the WireView Pro II White Edition, a new version of its GPU power monitoring device built for graphics cards using the 12V-2×6 connector. The product is listed at $146.13 including VAT, with delivery estimated at 5 to 6 weeks. Thermal Grizzly also says shipments of the White Edition are expected to begin in mid-April.

The WireView Pro II is designed as both a monitoring tool and a 90-degree adapter. It connects directly to the GPU power input and continuously measures current, voltage, temperature, and total power draw. The new model adds per-pin current monitoring, which lets users check load distribution across the 12V-2×6 connector and identify possible contact problems earlier.

Thermal Grizzly has also added more protection features. The device can trigger visual and audible warnings if defined thresholds are exceeded, and it can optionally shut the system down through an included splitter cable. There is also built-in data logging, with operating data saved every 60 seconds. According to the company, the onboard memory can store around 340 days of continuous logging before older entries are overwritten.

Cooling is handled by a semi-passive 30 mm fan and an aluminum housing that also acts as a heatsink. The WireView Pro II includes a 320×170 TFT-IPS display with multiple monitoring views, USB-C for firmware updates, and two external temperature sensors. Thermal Grizzly is also attaching a 2-year extended warranty that covers connector-related GPU damage under the listed usage conditions, even after the graphics card’s original warranty has expired.

Compatibility depends on the graphics card layout and connector orientation, so Thermal Grizzly is selling both Normal and Reversed variants . The current compatibility list covers GeForce RTX 5090, RTX 5080, RTX 5070 Ti, RTX 4090, and RTX 4080 models, with support varying by board design. As usual with products like this, clearance to the side panel, cooler, and cable routing should be checked before ordering.
