ASRock Industrial reveals AI BOX-A395 edge AI workstation in 200 x 100 x 232mm chassis

ASRock Industrial has announced the AI BOX-A395 , a compact workstation-class system based on the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 processor. The company positions the system for local AI inference, model development, engineering, 3D design, and media workloads. It supports up to 128GB LPDDR5x-8000 unified memory and combines CPU, GPU, and NPU resources in a single box.
According to ASRock Industrial, the system uses AMD’s Ryzen AI Max+ 395 with up to 16 Zen 5 cores and 32 threads, Radeon 8060S graphics, and an XDNA 2 NPU rated for up to 50 TOPS. The company says the platform supports both Windows and Linux.

The system also offers a broad I/O configuration. ASRock Industrial lists two USB4 ports, one USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-C, two USB 3.2 Gen2, and two USB 2.0 ports. Networking includes one 10GbE and one 2.5GbE LAN port, while display connectivity includes two HDMI 2.1 and three DisplayPort 2.1 outputs for up to four displays at up to 8K resolution.
Storage options include two M.2 Key M slots in 2242 or 2280 format with PCIe Gen4 x4 support and RAID 0/1 support. There is also an M.2 Key E slot for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. ASRock Industrial says the chassis uses a six-heatpipe cooling design with a copper base and optimized airflow for sustained workloads, and it adds TPM 2.0 plus redundant BIOS support for enterprise deployments.
The AI BOX-A395 is housed in a 200 x 100 x 232mm aluminum chassis and includes a handle accessory for portability. ASRock Industrial did not provide pricing or release timing in the press release.
