RTX PRO 4500 Blackwell Server Edition is a slimmer, passively cooled workstation card

NVIDIA has just announced the RTX PRO 4500 Blackwell Server Edition, a new single-slot accelerator designed for data center, edge, and cloud deployments. The card is aimed at AI inference, data processing, video workloads, and visual computing, all within a lower-power server form factor.
The new server model uses the same core count as the standard RTX PRO 4500 Blackwell workstation card. Both variants feature 10,496 CUDA cores and 32GB of GDDR7 memory. The main differences are in board design and power, because the server edition is a passive single-slot card rated at 165W, while the standard RTX PRO 4500 uses a dual-slot blower cooler and is rated at 200W.

The server edition also ships with lower memory bandwidth. Its memory runs at 3125 MHz, or 25 Gbps effective, compared to 3500 MHz, or 28 Gbps, on the standard RTX PRO 4500. As a result, memory bandwidth drops to 800 GB/s on the server model, compared to 896 GB/s on the workstation card.
Another difference is display support. Unlike the standard RTX PRO 4500, the Server Edition does not include display connectors. That is expected for a data center-focused design, where the card is meant for rack servers and remote workloads rather than local workstation use.
NVIDIA is positioning the RTX PRO 4500 Blackwell Server Edition as a denser and lower-power alternative within the Blackwell professional lineup. It keeps the same GPU core configuration and the same 32GB memory capacity as the vanilla RTX PRO 4500, but trades display outputs and some memory bandwidth for a passive single-slot design better suited for enterprise platforms.
