Apple just released the first two episodes of its new psychological thriller starring Kerry Washington ( ), Elisabeth Moss ( ), and Kate Mara ( ). Here’s what to expect from the limited series.

For the past few weeks, Apple has been promoting with events including a Today at Apple session at Apple The Grove, and a gala at the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, both in Los Angeles.

The show, which also stars Corey Stoll ( ), Leslie Odom Jr. ( ), Sheryl Lee Ralph ( ), and Joel Kinnaman ( ), among others, will run through April 29, with episodes dropping every Wednesday.

According to Apple, here’s what to expect from :

Based on Araminta Hall’s novel of the same name, “Imperfect Women” examines a crime that shatters the lives of three women in a decades-long friendship. The unconventional thriller explores guilt and retribution, love and betrayal, and the compromises we make that irrevocably alter our lives. As the investigation unravels, so does the truth about how even the closest friendships may not be what they seem.
