Intel Core Ultra 7 251HX appears in first gaming laptop listings
Intel Core Ultra 7 251HX has appeared in what look to be the first gaming laptop listings carrying this processor. The SKU was spotted by Huang514613 in Lenovo Legion 5i 2026 and MSI Raider 16 HX product pages, pointing to a previously unseen addition to Intel’s high-end mobile lineup.
The Lenovo listing pairs the chip with GeForce RTX 5070 graphics, a 15.3-inch OLED panel at 2560 x 1600 and 165 Hz, plus a stated 55W TDP. The visible details are not fully consistent, though. One part of the listing says 32GB memory, while another section lists 16GB DDR5-5600 SODIMM. The MSI page shown so far is even lighter on details and only confirms the processor name and a 2.9 GHz clock.

What makes this part interesting is the naming. Intel’s public Arrow Lake-HX product pages currently cover the Core Ultra 7 255HX and 265HX, both 20-core chips with 55W base power, plus the Core Ultra 9 275HX with 24 cores. Intel also announced Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus and Core Ultra 7 270HX Plus this week , but that announcement did not mention any 251HX model.
That leaves Core Ultra 7 251HX without official specs for now. The Core Ultra branding still points to Arrow Lake-HX, not some separate CPU family, but Intel has not said whether this chip is another 20-core 8P+12E variant or something more cut down. There is also no public information yet on integrated graphics configuration, cache, or boost clocks beyond what the retail listings show.
