TEAMGROUP Japan IT Week booth to feature LPDDR5X CAMM2 memory modules

TEAMGROUP has announced its Japan IT Week lineup ahead of the April 8 to 10 event at Tokyo Big Sight. The company is putting industrial memory and storage at the center of the showcase, with one of the key products being its INDUSTRIAL LPDDR5X CAMM2 module . TEAMGROUP says the module follows the latest JEDEC standards and is aimed at next-generation platforms that need high bandwidth, low latency, and better space efficiency.
The LPDDR5X CAMM2 product appears to be one of the more forward-looking memory items in the lineup. TEAMGROUP says it uses a low-profile compression connector design, which helps reduce board space while allowing more flexible system layouts. The company is positioning it for dense and compute-heavy systems where physical space and thermal limits matter as much as memory bandwidth.
TEAMGROUP has not shared any specs for its LPCAMM2 module, though.

TEAMGROUP is also bringing several other memory products to the show. These include industrial DDR4 U-DIMM and SO-DIMM modules for embedded and IoT systems, plus DDR5 CU-DIMM and CSO-DIMM rated at up to 7200 MHz. The company also mentions an R-DIMM design with ECC and registered buffering, which targets platforms that need stronger signal integrity and higher data reliability.

On the storage side, TEAMGROUP plans to show its P250Q-M80 M.2 PCIe SSD with a one-click data destruction function. The company says the drive supports both logical erase and physical damage modes through a dedicated destruction circuit, with a power-resume mechanism that continues the process after an outage. The broader SSD lineup also includes the R251 E1.S, R252 U.2, and R253 E3.S PCIe Gen5 x4 drives for server and enterprise deployments, with the R252 rated for up to 14,000 MB/s read and 10,000 MB/s write speeds.

The booth will also cover supply chain compliance and rugged deployments. TEAMGROUP says it has adopted the chemSHERPA-AI framework to help Japanese OEMs manage material and regulatory data, including RoHS, REACH, and CSCL checks. At the same event, Protech Systems will show a rugged 10.1-inch tablet using TEAMGROUP DDR4 SO-DIMM memory and N745-M80 SSD storage, while TEAMGROUP will also display Protech hardware at its own booth.
