Amazon lists Ryzen 9 9900X3D at $449.99 and Ryzen 9 7900X at $267.99, both below tracked lows
Honestly, it’s refreshing to finally receive emails with proper deals on PC hardware. There’s hardly anything to report on GPUs yet, but CPUs are definitely moving, and its AMD Ryzen that leads here for now.
7900X and 9900X3D 12-core AM5 CPUs at best prices to date
Amazon is running two aggressive Ryzen deals. The first lists the Ryzen 9 9900X3D at $449.99 , versus its $599 launch MSRP. The second lists the Ryzen 9 7900X at $267.99 , versus its $549 launch MSRP.
For the Ryzen 9 9900X3D, that promo price is $149.01 below launch, or about 24.9% off. The revious tracked low at $470 from Newegg in September, so this should be the lowest price for this CPU to date.
The Ryzen 9 7900X deal is even steeper. At $267.99, it sits $281.01 below launch, or about 51.2% off MSRP . From what I recall, the lowest price for this CPU was $288 in July last year, so this Amazon price would also move under the previous floor by roughly $20.
9800X and 9600X still at lowest prices yet
I’m not sure why Amazon discounted 12 core CPUs specifically; perhaps this has something to do with Core Ultra 200S Plus launching tomorrow, but in the end, it’s the consumer that wins. Keep in mind, Amazon still has great 9600X/9800X3D deals. All four CPUs mentioned in this post are at their historical lows.
