Slimbook Creative 2026 brings Ryzen AI 9 365, RTX 5070, and 99.9Wh battery

Slimbook has introduced its 2026 Creative laptop, a 15.3-inch model aimed at users who need a mix of creator features, gaming-class graphics, and Linux support. The system pairs AMD’s Ryzen AI 9 365 processor with NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU and keeps the design relatively light at 1.9 kg with a 19.9 mm chassis.
The display uses a 15.3-inch Oxide TFT-LCD panel with 2560 x 1600 resolution, 180 Hz refresh rate, 400 nits brightness, 1200:1 contrast, and 100% sRGB coverage. Slimbook also lists a 16:10 aspect ratio and anti-glare finish. The laptop ships with a 99.9 Wh battery, which is close to the largest capacity commonly allowed for air travel.

On the hardware side, the Ryzen AI 9 365 offers 10 cores, 20 threads, 24 MB cache and Radeon 880M graphics The GeForce RTX 5070 Laptop GPU comes with 8 GB GDDR7 memory, 4608 CUDA cores, 115 W TGP, and up to 45 W Dynamic Boost. Slimbook also confirms BIOS MUX support with dGPU, iGPU, and hybrid display modes.
Memory and storage are both upgradeable. The laptop uses two DDR5 SO-DIMM slots and supports configurations from 16 GB up to 128 GB at 5600 MT/s. Storage support includes two PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe M.2 slots for up to 8 TB total. Cooling is handled by dual fans and five copper heat pipes, while three hardware performance modes are available directly from the keyboard.
Slimbook lists two USB-C ports, one up to 40 Gbps with DisplayPort and power delivery, and another 10 Gbps port with DisplayPort and power delivery, alongside three USB-A ports, two HDMI 2.1 outputs, Mini DisplayPort 2.1a, Gigabit Ethernet, an SD card reader, and a combo audio jack. The system can be ordered with Linux, Windows, or both, which keeps it aligned with Slimbook’s usual positioning in the Linux laptop market.
