Lenovo Yoga Mini i mini-PC with Intel Panther Lake features “DingOS” not Windows preinstalled

Lenovo Yoga Mini i appears on regional stores with Panther Lake and up to 32 GB RAM

Lenovo has started rolling out the Yoga Mini i, its compact Yoga-branded mini-PC first shown at CES 2026 . The system is already being reported on sale in China, while Lenovo’s regional storefronts, including Australia, now list the model on official product pages as coming soon. At CES, Lenovo said the Yoga Mini i would start at $699.99 in the US and become available from June 2026.

Official Lenovo materials confirm two Panther Lake options, Core Ultra 5 325 and Core Ultra X7 358H. Graphics scale up to Intel Arc B390, memory is listed as 16 GB or 32 GB LPDDR5X, and storage options include 512 GB, 1 TB, and 2 TB PCIe Gen4 M.2 SSDs. Lenovo also lists Windows 11 Home and Pro support.

The Yoga Mini i uses a 130 x 130 x 48.5 mm chassis and Lenovo rates the system at 600 grams with a 0.65-liter volume. Port selection includes two Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 port, HDMI 2.1, RJ45 LAN, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0, and the system ships with a 100W power supply.

Lenovo is also adding a few laptop-style features. The Yoga Mini i includes a built-in speaker and microphone, a fingerprint reader in the power button, Adaptive Lighting, an accelerometer for touch-based Smart Connect actions, and Wi-Fi sensing for presence detection. Lenovo’s datasheet also says touch-based Smart Connect activation would arrive through an OTA update, with timing varying by region and device.

What’s kind of interesting is that in China, Lenovo will see this PC with DingOS, a native AI operating system instead of Windows. It’s the only version available for preorder, actually. Lenovo Australia does list Copilot+PC and Windows, so it’s interesting that they dropped Windows for Chinese customers.

The first China configuration appears to be the lower-end SKU. Notebookcheck reports that Lenovo is currently selling a Core Ultra 5 325 model with 16 GB of RAM and a 512 GB SSD for 5500 RMB, so about $800.
