Seasonic to launch yet another SAKURA series power supply.
This time as part of the FOCUS series.
© Seasonic Seasonic has started teasing a new SAKURA-themed power supply for its FOCUS lineup. The company posted the first preview on its Japanese X account, saying the SAKURA design will return as a FOCUS model . Seasonic has not shared a full product page or release date yet.
The teaser also points to an ATX 3.1 design. That matches Seasonic’s current FOCUS GX ATX 3.1 family, which already includes 750W, 850W, and 1000W models with PCIe 5.1 support, a 12V-2×6 cable, 140 mm depth, and OptiSink cooling.

This is not Seasonic’s first SAKURA unit. The company already released the VERTEX GX SAKURA Limited Edition in Japan as a 1000W model. That unit uses a native 12V-2×6 connector and carries a 12-year warranty, so the new teaser looks like an expansion of the same design theme into a different PSU family.
VERTEX SAKURA ATX 3.1
For now, Seasonic has not confirmed wattage, pricing, efficiency rating, or regional availability for the FOCUS SAKURA model. The existing FOCUS ATX 3.1 lineup already tops out at 1000W, so that would be the obvious fit, but the company has not published the exact SKU yet.
