Intel Arc Pro B70 is now Newegg’s No. 1 best seller in workstation graphics cards

Intel’s Arc Pro B70 reaches Newegg retail

Newegg is now listing Intel’s Arc Pro B70 at $949.99, which matches Intel’s official suggested starting price for the Intel-branded card. The listing currently shows the card as a “ #1 Best Seller” in workstation graphics cards, which is a fast start for a product that only recently moved from placeholder listing to live retail availability.

Arc Pro B70 is the long-awaited “ Big Battlemage ” card, built around Intel’s larger BMG-G31 GPU. We have been tracking this silicon for months as the missing bigger Battlemage part many readers expected to see in gaming form first, but Intel ended up bringing it to the workstation segment instead. As we reported, Newegg originally posted the B70 with an April 24 release date, and later reflected an April 2 date instead, the card actually went on sale yesterday.

On paper, the Arc Pro B70 is built more for AI inference, content creation, and pro visualization than for gaming. Intel lists 32 Xe cores, 32 ray tracing units, 256 XMX engines, 32GB of GDDR6 memory on a 256-bit bus, 608 GB/s of bandwidth, with a 230W total board power target

First gaming tests from Level1Techs showed the Arc Pro B70 averaging about 45% higher frame rates than Arc Pro B60 across six benchmarks, with a similar uplift in 1% lows. So while this is not a gaming SKU, the hardware itself already looks capable of much more than basic workstation duty.
