Titan Army has the first 1000Hz monitor in development
Titan Army appears to be preparing a new esports monitor called U275M . The teaser image you shared lists a 27-inch QHD panel with 565Hz , plus a dual-mode HD setting at 1060Hz . After digging into this, it seems that the company initially communicated a 560Hz/1000Hz mode for this monitor, but they pushed the frequency a bit higher.
So the new spec lists QHD 565Hz and HD 1060Hz dual mode (the HD obviously means 720p resolution), DyDs 2.0, Dual-Side Backlight Technology, QD Quantum Dot Technology, HDR 600, Delta E < 1 factory calibration, Titan Widget PC Tool, and ambient lighting. Acer, Samsung, Philips, HKC, and TCL all use the same formula, which is a high native QHD mode and a much lower HD/720p mode to push refresh past 1000Hz.

Actually, I didn’t know what DyDs 2.0 (Dynamic Display) is, but after checking the Titan Army website, it seems to be an updated motion-clarity system. On current Titan Army monitors, the company says DyDs/ULL is meant for FPS play and reduces shaking and motion blur, while DyDs/LD adjusts the brightness curve to improve dark-scene visibility. According to DisplaySpecifications , DyDs 2.0 is combining black-frame insertion with local dimming.
It’s worth adding that Windows recently introduced an update that enables 1000Hz+ monitor support (up to 4000Hz, it seems). I’m not sure how many gamers actually expect to play at 720p resolution, but it appears that FHD 1000Hz may happen sooner than later.

If the 1060Hz figure holds, U275M would sit above Samsung’s 1040Hz Odyssey G6 and TCL’s 1040Hz 27P2A Ultra, while still staying below HKC’s 1080Hz ANTGAMER model. That would make Titan Army one of the fastest publicly teased monitors right now, but it is still missing the one thing that matters most for verification, which is a real product page with full specs and ports.
