Blackstone, SoftBank express interest in TEPCO capital tie-up

TOKYO -- Tokyo Electric Power Co. Holdings (TEPCO) has drawn interest from Blackstone, Apollo Global Management and SoftBank for a planned capital tie-up, Nikkei learned Thursday.
