TOKYO -- Seven & i Holdings will postpone the listing of North American convenience store unit 7-Eleven Inc. (SEI) to fiscal 2027 at the earliest under plans announced Thursday, with the unit's poor performance leading the Japanese parent to push back a debut that could have come this year.
