TOKYO -- The government-backed Japan Bank for International Cooperation will provide a $2.38 billion loan to support trading house Mitsubishi Corp.'s acquisition of U.S. natural gas developer Aethon Energy, with some of the fuel produced by the company set to be shipped to Japan.
