TOKYO -- Major stock markets across Asia rose on Tuesday, with benchmarks in Singapore, Taiwan at one point recovering their losses since the U.S.-Israel war with Iran began on Feb. 28. Equities in Japan and South Korea were also up, with the benchmarks in both countries closing in on record highs reached before the conflict.
