FreeCAD isn’t the flashiest option, and I wouldn’t describe it as the most beginner-friendly path on day one.
I switched from VS Code to Google Antigravity and realized I don’t need half my extensions I replaced my ChatGPT subscription with a local AI coding tool and haven't looked back
