Intel details “AI High-Quiet Plus” program, for even better gaming laptop

Intel has introduced an updated “ AI Quiet Plus Gaming Laptop ” concept, expanding on the “AI Quiet Gaming Laptop” initiative it showed at Bilibili World 2025. The new concept is built around Intel Core Ultra 200HX Plus processors and sets stricter targets for acoustics, surface temperature, battery life, and software features.

Intel says systems under this concept should stay at 43 dBA or lower, keep the keyboard contact area at 40°C or lower, and deliver at least 7 hours of battery life. Compared with the earlier version, that lowers the noise target by 2 dBA, lowers the surface temperature target by 2°C, and raises the battery life target by 1 hour.

The company also wants performance in AI Quiet Mode to remain close to Rampage Mode. On the software side, Intel says these laptops should support one-click platform optimization through its IPPP package and include Intel AI Gaming Assistant Suite 2.0.
