NEW DELHI -- An Indian delegation is visiting the U.S. next week to resume face-to-face negotiations for an interim trade agreement, which was originally intended to be signed in March but stalled after a U.S. Supreme Court ruling in February invalidated President Donald Trump's sweeping global tariffs.
