Playnix gaming PC pairs a 65W Ryzen 5 with a 150W Radeon RX 9060 XT

Playnix is now on sale through the company’s official store as a console-style Linux gaming PC built around AMD hardware. The current Batch #2 listing is priced at €1,139 including tax. The package includes the system itself, a 4K HDMI cable, power cable, and an 8BitDo Ultimate 2 controller.
The official product page lists a 320 x 247 x 64 mm chassis, PlaynixOS based on Arch Linux, a six-core Ryzen 5 processor rated at 65W , and a Radeon RX 9060 XT with 32 CUs and 16GB VRAM, 150W TDP and 16GB GDDR6. The system also ships with 16GB DDR4-3200 dual-channel memory, a 512GB NVMe SSD, a second free NVMe slot, and a Flex 600W PSU.

Playnix also lists Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5, Gigabit Ethernet, one USB-C 3.1 port, two USB 3.0 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, HDMI 2.1, and DisplayPort 2.1. The company says it uses Noctua and Thermalright fans, offers a 2-year warranty as an EU seller, and allows users to replace or upgrade internal parts within the case’s power and size limits.

The company positions Playnix as a living room PC and claims 4K 60 FPS gameplay with FSR or XeSS quality presets in demanding titles such as Cyberpunk 2077. That is Playnix’s own guidance, not an independent benchmark. EmuDeck’s recent Patreon update also says the latest restock lowered the base configuration to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage in response to higher RAM and storage costs.
