Discord Nitro to get a limited Xbox Game Pass tier
The limited tier reportedly includes more than 50 games, 10 hours of cloud gaming per month, and Xbox Rewards support.
Microsoft’s teased Discord partnership may involve a new Xbox Game Pass tier made for bundled subscriptions. Now leaked promotional assets show an Xbox Game Pass Starter Edition linked to Discord Nitro. The offer appears to give Nitro subscribers access to a limited version of Microsoft’s game subscription service rather than the full Game Pass catalog.
According to the leaked material, Xbox Game Pass Starter Edition includes more than 50 games from the Game Pass library. It also includes 10 hours of Xbox Cloud Gaming streaming per month and support for earning Xbox Rewards points while playing.

The leaked images show Stardew Valley, Grounded, and Fallout 4 as examples of supported titles. The library does not appear to be limited to Microsoft-owned games, as third-party titles are also expected to be part of the offer.
This follows Microsoft’s recent tease of another Xbox and Discord partnership. Xbox has also been moving toward more flexible Game Pass bundles, which could allow third-party services to offer smaller or more limited versions of the subscription.
Microsoft has not announced Xbox Game Pass Starter Edition yet. The leaked material does not confirm regional availability, launch timing, or whether this tier will be offered outside Discord Nitro. And no price either.
