ASUS weird laptop/tablet with Core Ultra Series 3 is now available for pre-order in the US

ASUS has opened US pre-orders for the Zenbook DUO 2026, the company’s updated dual-screen laptop based on Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors. The new model, listed as Zenbook DUO UX8407, was first shown earlier this year alongside ASUS’ 2026 Zenbook lineup.
The Zenbook DUO 2026 uses two 14-inch OLED touchscreens with a 2880×1800 resolution, 144 Hz refresh rate, 500-nit SDR brightness and 1000-nit HDR peak brightness. ASUS says the new hideaway hinge reduces the gap between both panels by 70%, while the chassis is 5% smaller than the previous model.
