Alienware AW3926QW listing points to new 2026 Dell ultrawide monitor

Dell may be preparing a new Alienware gaming monitor under the AW3926QW name. A TUV Rheinland Certipedia listing shows two model designations, AW3926QW and AW3926QWb .
TFTCentral reports that the model name points to an Alienware monitor with a 39-inch screen size , a 2026 model year, a 2160p-class resolution and an ultrawide format. The second AW3926QWb model could refer to a regional or configuration variant, but this has not been confirmed by Dell.

Specs are just a guess (for now)
The likely resolution is 5120×2160, also known as 5K2K. This would put the monitor in the same class as LG’s UltraGear evo 39GX950B, a 39-inch 21:9 OLED display that was already covered during LG’s CES 2026 lineup reveal.
The panel type is not confirmed in the certification. TFTCentral expects an OLED panel because there are no known 39-inch LCD panels with this specification. If Dell is using the same LG Display panel as LG’s own 39GX950B, this would mark a shift from Alienware’s recent QD-OLED monitor lineup to WOLED.
LG’s 39GX950B uses a 39-inch 5120×2160 Tandem OLED panel with a 1500R curve, 165Hz refresh rate at native resolution, 330Hz in WFHD mode, 0.03 ms GtG response time, DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification and 99.5% DCI-P3 coverage. It also includes DisplayPort 2.1, two HDMI 2.1 ports and USB-C with 90W power delivery.
Dell has not announced the AW3926QW yet. Pricing, refresh rate, coating, ports and availability remain unknown.
