LG UltraGear 32GX870B-B brings fourth-gen Tandem OLED to 4K 240Hz gaming

LG Japan has opened pre-orders for two new UltraGear OLED gaming monitors, the 31.5-inch 32GX870B-B and the 44.5-inch 45GX950B-B. Both models are scheduled to ship in Japan from June 11, 2026, with pre-orders running from May 1 to June 10.

This follows our earlier coverage of LG’s CES 2026 UltraGear evo lineup, where the company detailed several AI Upscaling gaming monitors. The 32GX870B was already listed as a 32-inch 4K OLED model with Dual Mode support, DisplayPort 2.1 and USB-C with 90W Power Delivery. LG has now attached regional pricing and shipping details through its Japanese launch.

The 32GX870B-B uses LG’s fourth-generation Primary RGB Tandem OLED panel. It offers a 3840×2160 resolution, 240Hz refresh rate in 4K mode and 480Hz in Full HD mode. LG lists peak brightness at 1500 cd/m² at 1.5% APL, DisplayHDR True Black 500 support, DCI-P3 99.5% coverage and a 0.03ms GtG response time.

The 45GX950B-B is a 44.5-inch ultrawide OLED monitor with a 5120×2160 resolution, 21:9 aspect ratio and 800R curvature. It supports 165Hz at native 5K2K resolution and 330Hz at 2560×1080 through VESA Dual Mode. LG lists an MLA OLED panel, DisplayHDR True Black 400, DCI-P3 98.5% coverage and a 0.03ms GtG response time.

Both monitors include AI Upscaling, AI Scene Optimization and AI Sound. They also support VRR, VESA Adaptive-Sync, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible, OLED Care, DisplayPort 2.1, two HDMI inputs and USB-C with 90W Power Delivery. The 32GX870B-B uses DisplayPort 2.1 with UHBR20, while the 45GX950B-B lists UHBR13.5.

LG has not confirmed US or European pricing for these exact Japanese B-series listings. Both are priced well above $1000 if we convert Japanese prices.
