Ryzen 7 7800X3D is back near its lowest recent Amazon price

AMD’s Ryzen 7 7800X3D is now listed at $324.99 on Amazon, bringing the Zen 4 X3D processor back into a lower price range for AM5 gaming systems. The deal cuts the 8-core CPU below both newer Ryzen 7 X3D models currently listed by the same retailer.
The Ryzen 7 7800X3D is an 8-core and 16-thread desktop processor based on the Zen 4 architecture. It has a 4.2 GHz base clock, up to 5.0 GHz boost clock, 96MB of L3 cache and a 120W TDP. It uses the AM5 platform and supports DDR5 memory.
Ryzen 9800X3D and 9850X3D also cheaper
We recently covered the Ryzen 7 9850X3D launch at $499, along with earlier 9800X3D price drops. The 9800X3D had already fallen to $443.99 in January and later reached $409 on Amazon in April, based on earlier listings. The current $439.99 price is still below its original $479 MSRP.
The Ryzen 7 9850X3D remains the fastest 8-core X3D model in AMD’s AM5 lineup, with a higher boost clock than the 9800X3D. However, the 7800X3D is now much cheaper and still offers the same 8-core layout and 96MB L3 cache configuration for gaming-focused systems. Also quite interesting how quickly 9850X3D is losing its original price, its 5% below MSRP already.
