Topfeel 5L mini PC supports 150W desktop Ryzen AM5 CPUs, fits 2-slot Mini-ITX GPUs

Topfeel prepares 5L AM5 mini PC with six-heatpipe cooler

TOPFEEL has introduced the DeskOne W1, a 5L-class mini PC based on AMD’s AM5 desktop platform. The system measures 125 × 198 × 198 mm and uses DC power, so it relies on an external power supply rather than an internal desktop PSU.

According to TOPFEEL, the DeskOne W1 supports AMD Ryzen 7000, Ryzen 8000 and Ryzen 9000 desktop processors. The company also claims CPU power support of up to 150W. That should cover many AM5 desktop CPUs, although TOPFEEL has not yet published a full CPU support list, BIOS table or cooler rating. What this means is that it will support CPUS like Ryzen 7 7800X3D or Ryzen 7 9800X3D, however you will not be able to run 9950X3D (170W) or newer 9950X3D2 (200W) unless you do TDP changes (if that’s even possible).

Room for dual-slot ITX cards and still comes with OCuLink

The DeskOne W1 also supports a dual-slot full-height PCIe add-in card up to 188 mm long. This should allow compact single-fan graphics cards or other PCIe expansion cards to be installed inside the system. TOPFEEL says two 2.5-inch drive bays are available when a half-height card is used instead.

Cooling is handled by TOPFEEL’s own six-heatpipe low-profile top-down cooler with a 12025 fan. The chassis also supports a 12015 fan at the top. The company has not confirmed the cooler’s rated thermal capacity.

The motherboard has two DDR5 UDIMM slots and two M.2 SSD slots mounted on opposite sides of the board. One M.2 slot supports PCIe Gen5, while the second is limited to PCIe Gen4. There is also a separate M.2 slot for a wireless module.

External I/O includes HDMI, DisplayPort, OCuLink , USB-C 10 Gbps, four USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports, two USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports and dual 2.5GbE. Pricing and availability have not been confirmed yet.

Pricing and release timing have not been confirmed.
