XPG NOVAKEY RGB DDR5 adds a fake depth effect to real DDR5 modules

XPG has launched NOVAKEY RGB DDR5, a new memory series with what the company calls the world’s first patented Infinity Mirror design for gaming memory.
Sadly, this does not mean the module has infinite capacity. It only cheats the eyes, not the memory controller. The mirror effect creates a tunnel-like RGB pattern on the heatsink, making the module appear deeper than it actually is.

The NOVAKEY RGB DDR5 series will be offered in 16GB and 32GB capacities per module. XPG says the memory is rated for up to 6400 MT/s with timings as low as CL30. The modules support both Intel XMP 3.0 and AMD EXPO profiles.
ADATA is positioning this series for mainstream gaming and creator systems rather than extreme memory overclocking. The modules use a 10-layer PCB, an integrated PMIC and on-die ECC support, which is standard for DDR5 memory.
The heatsink uses 50% recycled aluminum and 85% post-consumer recycled plastic. XPG also says the packaging is FSC certified. The company is keeping its limited lifetime warranty for the NOVAKEY series.
The press release did not feature anything on price or availability.
