CEBU, Philippines/PHNOM PENH -- The Thai and Cambodian prime ministers met for the first time in more than six months on Thursday but failed to reach a significant breakthrough to repair fraught bilateral relations -- even though Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr, who mediated the discussion, said some unspecified agreements were reached.
